AlZaytoonah University of Jordan organizes a dialogue session on the role of student clubs in representing students voices

Khaberni  - The Student Affairs Deanship at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, represented by the Student Clubs Division, organized a dialogue session titled "Student Clubs: Their Role in Representing the Voice of Students within the University", presented by Professor Aws Qutaishat, the Technical Advisor at the Independent Election Commission and the Director of the Partnership Project (I Participate program), attended by the Vice Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Mamoun Abu Hamad and a number of faculty, administrative staff, and students. 

The session focused on the importance of student clubs as an active platform for establishing values of constructive dialogue and active citizenship, enhancing student participation in university life and decision-making, contributing to building an academic environment based on partnership and responsibility.

The session included a presentation on the concept of student clubs and their organizational and collaborative roles within the university, mechanisms for representing students' voices in a democratic and effective manner, in addition to showcasing practical examples and successful experiences in student work, and the role of clubs in promoting a culture of dialogue, teamwork, and building young leaderships capable of positive contribution to the university environment and local community.

The session witnessed rich interventions from university students, discussing ways to develop the role of student clubs and transform them into vital spaces for expressing student needs and aspirations, enabling them to play their role as active partners in building the university community.
