Jordan Kuwait Bank The First in Jordan to Complete Enhancing Its Staffs Skills in Dealing with People with Disabilities

Khaberni - Jordan Kuwait Bank has completed training all its staff in branches across the kingdom on skills for dealing with people with disabilities, within a specialized training program implemented in cooperation with the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, reflecting the bank's commitment to developing its banking practices and enhancing financial inclusion.

The implementation of this program stems from the bank's vision that places the community at the heart of its services, and its keenness on building the capacities of employees and developing an inclusive banking environment that aligns with national standards and best global practices, ensuring persons with disabilities a fair, easy, and dignified banking experience, and enhancing their right to equal access to various banking services and products.

With this achievement, Jordan Kuwait Bank records a leadership position in the Jordanian banking sector, as it is the only bank that has completed training all its staff on this specialized program, reflecting its active role in embedding financial inclusion and social sustainability concepts, and promoting an institutional culture based on equality and respect.

This initiative is part of the bank's ongoing efforts to develop the quality of banking services and support initiatives that contribute to building a more inclusive banking sector capable of meeting the needs of the community in all its categories, and enhancing mutual trust with customers.
