Khaberni - The U-23 national team continues its physical and technical training, preparing to face Saudi Arabia at 7:30 PM on Friday, at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium in Jeddah, as part of the Asian Cup competitions.
The team conducted its training on Wednesday at the training fields of the King Abdullah Sports City, under the guidance of coach Omar Najhi, where it focused on some recovery exercises after yesterday's match against Vietnam, alongside some tactical exercises.
In contrast, Ali Azayzeh has joined the squad participating in the Asian finals, replacing Ahmed Al-Maghribi who was found to have a posterior muscle injury by medical examinations, necessitating additional rest under the supervision of the national team's medical staff.
The national team concludes the group stage by facing Kyrgyzstan at the same time on January 12 at the auxiliary stadium of the King Abdullah Sports City.
According to the tournament system, the 16 participating teams are divided into four groups, each containing four teams, which compete in a fragmented league system from a single stage, with the top two teams from each group qualifying for the quarter-finals.
