Khaberni - Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan held a meeting on Wednesday at the Prime Minister's Office, dedicated to following up on the actions taken by the concerned parties to address the damages suffered by some areas due to the weather conditions the week before last.
Prime Minister Hassan emphasized the necessity of intensifying awareness and guidance campaigns, providing citizens with accurate information and ongoing updates during weather conditions, continuous warning and monitoring of flood risks, and the need to stay away from them to ensure the safety of citizens, their homes, and their properties, especially under unusual weather conditions.
Prime Minister Hassan also stressed the importance of sustaining coordination between the joint operation rooms and field teams, to deal with the expected weather conditions throughout the season, and to continue working on addressing the damages that affected some sites.
The meeting included the ministers of Local Administration, Public Works and Housing, Government Communication, Interior, the Chairman of the Greater Amman Municipality Committee, and the Director of Public Security.
