Harry Returns to Britain Judicial Visit

Khaberni - Prince Harry, the youngest son of the British monarch King Charles III, returns to the United Kingdom during this month to attend the commencement of the trial in the lawsuit he filed against the company "Associated Newspapers" before the Supreme Court.

The trial is scheduled to begin on January 12, however, the date of Harry's return to Britain is not yet known, according to the British "Daily Express" newspaper.

The newspaper noted that in addition to Harry, six prominent individuals have filed a lawsuit against the company that publishes the British "Daily Mail" newspaper.

In the lawsuit, the Duke of Sussex and the other six individuals claim that "Associated Newspapers Limited" engaged in or commissioned illegal activities, including hiring private investigators to plant listening devices in cars.

The plaintiffs also allege that these investigators "stole" private records and accessed private phone conversations.

Although Harry will travel to the United Kingdom, his wife Meghan Markle is scheduled to stay in California with their two children, Prince Archie, who is six years old, and Princess Lilibet, who is four years old.

Meghan has not accompanied her husband on any visit to the United Kingdom since September 2022, which was extended to attend the funeral of the late Queen Elizabeth II, and neither Archie nor Lilibet have accompanied their parents on any visit to their father's homeland since June 2022.

In addition to his legal case against "Associated Newspapers", Harry is reportedly optimistic about winning his legal battle to obtain armed security funded automatically by taxpayers in the United Kingdom.

Despite previously losing a legal case to allow him to provide armed security during his visits to the United Kingdom, Harry has made a request for a review of his security arrangements to Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood in September 2025 and a ruling is expected within weeks.

According to the "Daily Mail" newspaper, informed sources said, "It is now a procedural matter.. and sources in the Home Office have indicated that providing security protection for Harry is already a decided matter."
