Khaberni - Irbid Electricity Company rectified a meter reading error for one of its subscribers, and corrected the citizen's bill to its true value.
A citizen in Irbid discovered a discrepancy between his actual electricity meter reading and the value recorded on the electricity bill, which led to an increase in the bill amount by about 13 dinars.
In detail, the citizen told «Khaberni» that he noticed a difference between the actual meter reading and the reading recorded on the bill of about 60 kilowatts, resulting in him receiving a bill valued at 30 dinars, which is nearly 10 dinars more than the usual rate in previous months.
The citizen explained that he referred back to Irbid Electricity Company, which corrected the bill to approximately 17 dinars instead of 30 dinars, with a difference of 13 dinars.
