Khaberni– Umniah, a Beyon company, announced a reorganization within its executive structure, which included assigning Ihab Hafez to lead the Business Department, in a step that reflects the development of the company's business model and supports the implementation of its updated strategy, in line with the launch of its new corporate identity and its direction as a modern digital telecommunications company.
Ihab Hafez is one of the prominent executive leaders in the company, with experience spanning more than 25 years in the telecommunications and technology sectors in regional and international markets. During his previous leadership of the Digital and Information Technology Department, he contributed to advancing the digital transformation path and enhancing the company's readiness in terms of innovation and digital capabilities, and building advanced technical capacities that formed the basis for developing smart business solutions supported by artificial intelligence and data analytics.
Before joining Umniah in 2023, Ihab held senior leadership positions in regional and global companies, including Oracle and Scala, in addition to extensive experience in telecommunications companies such as the Zain Group, where he led multinational teams and complex transformation programs, and contributed to linking strategic objectives with operational and executive performance.
As the CEO of the Business Department, Ihab oversees the overall business strategy, focusing on accelerating growth, enhancing value delivered to customers, and translating digital capabilities into effective and scalable business models. He also works on aligning business and technology axes and customer experiences, supporting sustainable performance and enhancing long-term value for the company.
