Khaberni – The Family Health Care Institute, one of the King Hussein Foundation institutes, launched a Train the Trainer program, which is a specialized practical program aimed at preparing trainers and enabling them to design training packages professionally.
The program offers a comprehensive practical content, where participants learn how to break psychological barriers to public speaking, analyze training needs, define objectives, design sessions and interactive activities, break the ice, and ultimately build a complete and ready-to-implement training package.
The program focuses on practical application and real-world experience, along with the use of artificial intelligence tools to help participants design quickly and efficiently with high quality. By the end of the course, participants will be able to deliver their training with high confidence and create impactful training content suitable for various audiences.
