Khaberni - The UAE humanitarian aid convoy number 272 entered the Gaza Strip, as part of the operation «Gallant Knight 3», carrying 387 tons of food parcels. It is the first shipment of the Mohammed bin Rashid humanitarian ship that entered the sector.
The Mohammed bin Rashid humanitarian ship, which arrived at El Arish port last week, carried food aids aimed at meeting the urgent needs in Gaza, including 10 million meals provided by Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives as part of the ongoing UAE efforts to enhance food security and support the most affected communities.
The media coordinator for the "Gallant Knight 3" operation in El Arish, Mohammed Al Kaabi, said: «The UAE humanitarian aid team in El Arish is working day and night around the clock to ensure the speedy delivery of aids to the rightful recipients in the Gaza Strip. The team exerted significant efforts in unloading, discharging, and preparing the load of the Mohammed bin Rashid humanitarian ship since its arrival in El Arish, allowing the first batch of its cargo to enter Gaza today, a week after the ship's arrival.»
