Khaberni - Ayman Abu Henieh, the head of the Parliamentary Energy and Mineral Resources Committee, said that the energy committee has received a number of complaints regarding high electricity bills, indicating that a meeting will be held soon with electricity distribution companies and the Energy Sector Regulatory Authority to study the complaints submitted by citizens.
Abu Henieh revealed the formation of a committee in the upcoming period, consisting of the Engineers Union, the Royal Scientific Society, and the Energy Sector Regulatory Authority, which will specialize in considering citizens' complaints and correcting any possible errors in the bills.
