Khaberni - The civil defense teams in Mafraq began controlling a fire that broke out inside a residential unit in Mafraq Governorate on Monday evening.
Immediately upon receiving the report, the fire and rescue teams rushed to the incident site, where they worked continuously to contain the flames and prevent them from spreading to nearby properties and buildings, especially under weather conditions that could expand the fire.
According to field sources, the efforts were successful in preventing any human injuries or suffocation among the residents, as the house was evacuated quickly.
The damages were limited to material aspects and some household items were damaged, while ambulance teams are still stationed in the vicinity as a precautionary measure to ensure public safety.
