Khaberni - Colombian President Gustavo Petro has pledged to take up arms again in the face of threats from his American counterpart, Donald Trump, following the arrest of the president of neighboring Venezuela at the end of the week in a U.S. military operation.
Petro, who was previously a member of an armed group and has been insulted and threatened by Trump over recent months, said on the X platform, "I swore never to touch a weapon again... but for the sake of the nation, I will take up arms again."
