Khaberni - The National Aid Fund, during the year 2025, implemented a comprehensive package of programs that combine direct support and social and economic empowerment, as part of its role as a national umbrella for social protection, in line with the economic modernization vision that emphasizes enhancing social justice and building a more efficient and sustainable protection system.
According to the National Aid Fund, the fund provided monthly cash aids to 248924 families in 2025 within its recurring cash aid programs, which included the addition of 35000 new families. The fund also provided aids to 15645 families under its various emergency aid programs, and to 673 individuals under its physical rehabilitation program, according to Petra.
On the economic empowerment front, the fund achieved tangible results in enhancing families' self-reliance, announcing the complete graduation of 1194 families from the aid umbrella, while 1273 families still receive support despite being employed, due to the existence of a poverty gap.
The fund also made efforts in enhancing the skills of beneficiaries to increase their employability, including training 1200 individuals, and employing 7035 beneficiaries through the national employment program (record).
Regarding the additional services under the «Takaful +» program, 32950 families received in-kind aids through initiatives provided by the Royal Hashemite Court, the Crown Prince Foundation, and the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization.
According to the fund's data, 234148 beneficiaries received health insurance, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Health Insurance Department, and 19747 families benefited from vouchers, educational grants, surgeries, and the clothing bank, through partnerships with civil society institutions.
20194 individuals benefited from the «Makani» project, in cooperation with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), through educational and health services, parental care, and life skills development for children.
On the digital services development front, the fund continued to evolve its services by introducing the electronic emergency aid service, and the issuance of the «To Whom It May Concern» certificate, with a total of 38456 requests filed, in addition to building a comprehensive electronic system for disaster response, enhancing the effectiveness and speed of response to emergency humanitarian situations, and improving the efficiency of services to citizens, in line with sustainable social protection goals.
In 2025, as part of expanding its partnerships, the fund signed a number of cooperation agreements aimed at supporting beneficiaries and increasing their ability to integrate into the labor market. Notably, an agreement was signed with the Ministry of Labor to increase the rate of employed beneficiaries from the fund within the national employment program to 15 percent, contributing to the transformation of aid into a productive and sustainable job opportunity, as well as allocating 5 percent of the employers in production branches.
In terms of enhancing access to services, the National Aid Fund has expanded its geographical presence through increasing the number of its offices, opening a branch office in Moab which belongs to the Southern Mazar office, and another in Marad area belonging to the Jerash office, aiming to facilitate the access of beneficiary families to the fund's services and bring them closer to the local communities in greatest need.
