Khaberni - The Jordanian Community Club in the Sultanate of Oman participates in the Muscat Festival, which is held from the beginning of January to the end of the month.
Many countries from around the world participate in the festival, which is considered one of the major festivals of interest and following. It attracts a lot of visitors from different nationalities and exhibits cultures and a heritage history. The club’s participation stems from its objectives, goals, fundamental system, and the philosophy of working interactively with the local community. The Jordanian pavilion includes aspects that showcase Jordanian history and heritage and includes entertainment as well as cultural events and shops for Jordanian products. The club, through its board led by Professor Ammar Obeidat and the special committee formed from the community members, follows up, supervises, and maintains presence.
Professor Ahmad Al-Najjar from the Jordanian community said that the Jordanian pavilion is distinguished by its diversity and facilitates the involvement of participants or visitors, adding that folk dabke dances and national chants are also present in the Jordanian pavilion, affirming that the visitors of the pavilion express their great happiness and praise for both the Jordanian pavilion and the festival in general.
