Scandal of Offensive Images Involving Minors 3 Countries Launch Urgent Investigations into Grok Violations

Khaberni - The "X" platform, owned by global billionaire Elon Musk, and its related artificial intelligence application "Grok," face a rising wave of international criticism after the appearance of sexually explicit images that included content involving minors, created in response to user requests via the chatbot.

The Malaysian authorities announced in an official statement that they have launched an investigation into the images created by "Grok," following complaints about the use of artificial intelligence to manipulate images of women and minors to produce inappropriate or harmful content.

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission confirmed that creating or publishing this type of content is a crime under local law, indicating that they will summon representatives from the "X" platform and investigate users suspected of violating the law.

In the same context, the Indian government issued an official letter last Friday to the "X" platform ordering a comprehensive review of the "Grok" application to ensure it does not produce content that includes nudity or sexual implications or any sexually explicit or illegal material.

In a similar development, last Friday, the French authorities accused the "Grok" application of producing "clearly illegal" sexual content on the "X" platform without users’ consent.

The French government statement explained that the resulting images might violate the European Union's digital services laws, putting the application and platform under strict scrutiny by European regulatory authorities.
