As a result, the application witnessed simultaneous access by large numbers of users at one time, which exceeded the current capacity of the system and led to temporary technical pressure on the systems.
It should be noted that under normal conditions, the Sanad application records high usage rates, which clarifies that the interest the application received following the announcement of the update was at higher levels than usual.
The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship explained that the technical teams are currently working to enhance the technical resources and increase the system capacity, as part of technical measures aimed at ensuring the stability of the service and improving its performance, so that the services will return to full efficiency shortly.
