Khaberni - In a move reflecting its commitment to making a positive impact on the community, Orange Jordan, coinciding with World Braille Day, announced the launch of the "Digital Inclusion Guide" in Braille across all its stores around the kingdom, to enhance the experience of visually impaired customers and enable them to smoothly access its digital services, as part of its umbrella for disability inclusion solutions and initiatives "Our abilities are different, but our possibilities are certain."
The guide aims to enable visually impaired customers to easily familiarize with the devices, applications, and services designed to enhance inclusivity, ensuring a complete and seamless experience inside Orange Jordan stores and on its digital platforms. It features several accessibility options including sign language in both Arabic and English, a vocalization feature (Vocalization), and a printed Braille version. This guide will be available in Braille by the end of January 2026 within the network of Orange stores, as well as on its website.
Orange Jordan confirmed that this step is part of its approach based on commitment to promises and their fulfillment, by developing practical solutions that have a positive and sustainable impact on the community, and contribute to enhancing digital inclusion as a fundamental part of its strategy, embodying its pursuit to establish the principle of equal opportunities in accessing technology and digital services for people with disabilities, enabling them to access its digital solutions easily and independently, believing that true technology is one that is available to all without exception.
