Khaberni - The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research stated on Sunday that academic excellence will be the primary criterion for grants and loans, regardless of aid points.
The ministry clarified that about 43,701 male and female students, constituting 78 percent, will receive grants and loans without possessing national aid points.
It indicated that 56,000 students will be included in the grants and loans program, and the proportion of students who have national aid points does not exceed 22% of them.
