Khaberni - The Jordanian Al-Faisaly club collided with laws and regulations in their attempt to reclaim their former star, Rizq Bani Hani, to join the ranks of the football team aspiring to compete for local titles this season.
As soon as the administration of the Jordanian club learned that the international striker Rizq Bani Hani wished to terminate his contract with Al-Zawraa of Iraq, they entered into intense negotiations with the aim of benefitting from the player’s services. However, they faced laws that prevented this.
** Played with two clubs
FIFA rules prohibit a player from playing for more than two clubs in one season. Rizq Bani Hani was part of Al-Hussein Irbid and then moved to Al-Zawraa of Iraq.
If Rizq Bani Hani and Al-Zawraa Iraqi agree to terminate the contract mutually, in this case, the player can only play for Al-Hussein Irbid.
Rizq Bani Hani, 23 years old, had notably excelled with the "Al-Za’eem" before moving to Al-Hussein Irbid and then transferring to Al-Zawraa of Iraq, and during these phases, joined the ranks of the Jordanian national team.
Al-Hussein Irbid club has not yet announced its intention to benefit from the services of Rizq Bani Hani, although it needs the services of the player who was an important addition to the team during the last season and won the league title with them.
Rizq Bani Hani now has only two options: either continue with Al-Zawraa of Iraq until the end of the current season or terminate his contract and return to Al-Hussein Irbid.
