Arsenal's goals were scored by Gabriel Magalhaes (16) and Declan Rice (54 and 71), while Ivanilson (10) and Junior Croopie (76) scored for Bournemouth.
Arsenal reinforced their lead after increasing their points to 48, six points ahead of Aston Villa and seven ahead of Manchester City, who play on Sunday evening against Chelsea, while Bournemouth remained at 23 points in fifteenth place.
