Khaberni - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates welcomed the invitation from the president of the Yemen Leadership Council to hold a comprehensive conference that includes all southern components to discuss fair solutions for the southern issue and considered the invitation a positive step towards ending tension and escalation and adopting dialogue and diplomatic solutions.
The ministry also welcomed the announcement from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on hosting this conference as part of its support for efforts aimed at achieving security and stability in the brotherly Yemeni Republic.
Fouad Al-Majali, the spokesperson for the ministry, reiterated the Kingdom’s position calling for calm, cessation of escalation, and prioritization of dialogue to address existing issues among the Yemeni brothers through understanding and through consensual political solutions that secure the interests of the brotherly Yemeni Republic and its people, ensuring their security and stability, thereby contributing to regional security and stability and fulfilling the aspirations of the brotherly Yemeni people.
