Amman Arab University Engineering hosts a specialized lecturer to talk about project management in the modern work environment

Khaberni - Following the directives of Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Wadyan, president of Amman Arab University, and under the continuous supervision of Dr. Anwar Al-Assaf, dean of the faculty, the Faculty of Engineering hosted Mr. Munqez Zaloom, General Manager of Map Architects and Contractors, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Natour from Map Architects and Contractors, to give a lecture titled: " in The Modern Workforce: Trends & Challenges & Project Management ”, supervised by Dr. Raham Al-Asmar, a faculty member, and within a project management course.

Mr. Zaloom discussed the latest trends and challenges in project management in the modern work environment, practical experiences, and innovative methods in the management of engineering projects, stressing the importance of adapting to rapid changes and modern technology as a fundamental element to ensure the success of projects, as well as emphasizing the role of project management in improving work efficiency, reducing costs, and achieving the project's specific goals. In turn, Mr. Al-Natour presented a specialized presentation that dealt with the architectural aspect of engineering project management, illustrating how to apply project management concepts in the design and execution stages, with a focus on the importance of integrating technical, financial, and time aspects in architectural projects.

At the conclusion of the lecture, the participating students and faculty members emphasized the importance of these specialized lectures, as they represent added value to the educational process, through enhancing the link between the academic framework and practical applications in the job market, which contributes to building the students' capabilities, and preparing them to face professional challenges in the field of engineering project management efficiently and competently.
