Enhancing Our Customers Experience Zain by 2025 More Advanced Digital Services and Expansion of 5G and Fiber Networks

Khaberni - Zain Jordan continued during 2025 to implement its developmental plans aimed at elevating the experience of its subscribers and customers, through expanding coverage, launching innovative digital solutions, interactive campaigns, and services designed to meet the needs of its customers from various segments of society, in line with the rapid development in the telecommunications and internet sector and in line with the kingdom’s direction towards digital transformation.
In a move that reflects its commitment to providing the latest technologies to its customers, Zain announced during the year the availability of the fifth generation (5G) service free of charge to all postpaid line (billed) subscribers, whether for new subscribers or upon renewal of commitment, without any additional fees. Additionally, the company continued to expand its coverage of the 5G network to include new areas in the capital Amman and several provinces such as Irbid, Mafraq, Ma'an, and Karak.
In terms of home internet services, Zain continued to expand its coverage of internet services via fiber optic technology (Zain Fiber) in Amman, Al-Balqa, Irbid, Mafraq, and Karak, enhancing the access to high-speed internet to a wider segment of homes, and enabling its customers to experience stable and ultra-fast internet.
Zain also provided the Fiber-to-The-Room service to its existing Zain Fiber subscribers, allowing the extension of fiber optics to every room within the home, supported by the latest Huawei Wi-Fi 6 ONT devices and advanced access points, providing high-quality, uninterrupted coverage throughout the home and in every room. To enhance the digital entertainment experience for its subscribers, Zain launched exclusive offers tailored for gamers through its e-store (Zain eShop), including a gaming router alongside the fiber optic internet service (Zain Fiber) with speeds of up to 1000 megabits per second, meeting the requirements of this group in terms of high speed, response time, quality, and high-efficiency performance.
To continue its engagement with the youth category, Zain launched its tour of Jordanian universities for the year 2025 at the beginning of the new academic year, during which it organized multiple interactive activities, and offered “Our Generation” lines tailored for the youth with special offers, alongside entertainment events and prizes, enhancing direct communication with students and matching their interests.
Within its digital transformation strategy aimed at integrating entertainment with technology and providing comprehensive platforms that enable subscribers to benefit from the latest services and digital solutions in an interactive manner, Zain launched through its smartphone application (Zain Jo) its largest summer campaign, Zain Happy Box, which lasted from August until the end of October, offering its subscribers and smartphone users in the kingdom the chance to win daily instant prizes, including Samsung devices, gold pounds, vouchers from Zain's e-store, Talabat Pro subscriptions, and free internet bundles, in addition to monthly cash prizes of 10,000, 15,000, and 20,000 dinars, and concluded the campaign with a draw for the grand prize (Jetour T2 Luxury 2025 car).
In the context of digital transformation and facilitating procedures for its subscribers, Zain launched the electronic authentication (eKYC) service for prepaid line subscribers, which allowed Jordanians, residents, and visitors to purchase SIM cards or eSIMs through a fully integrated digital verification path of identity via its e-store, with the electronic SIM activated immediately for subscribers within the kingdom, while activation for visitors upon their arrival after completing the verification procedures, along with a delivery service for SIM cards within Jordan or making them available for pick-up from the airport exhibition.

The company also announced the launch of the electronic authentication (eKYC) service for postpaid (billed) lines, offering subscribers two options for verification when purchasing new lines; either through the digital electronic authentication path based on automated verification of identity using official documents and live capture, or through data from the authenticated “Sanad” platform without the need for presenting documents, contributing to speeding up the subscription and activation procedures, reducing paper transactions, and improving customer experience across sales channels.
Zain confirms through these initiatives and services its ongoing commitment to offering advanced communications solutions and integrated digital experiences, placing the subscriber at the core of its priorities, contributing to the support of the digital transformation journey and enhancing the quality of life in the kingdom, through continuous investment in network development, adopting the latest technologies, and offering innovative services that match the aspirations of its customers and meet their daily needs, reflecting the company's role as an active digital partner in the economic and technological development journey in Jordan.
