The Iraqi actress Mina Nour El Din announced her final retirement from the art world, in a surprising move that confused her fans and followers, after an artistic career that did not exceed nine years.
The announcement came through the short stories feature on her official «Instagram» account, where she wrote: «Today my small journey in the art milieu has ended».
Although she did not clarify the reasons directly, she added a mysterious comment: «There's nothing I can do, I believe my destiny lies far away from my dream of art», which raised questions about whether personal or professional difficulties prompted her to make this sudden decision.
Mina Nour El Din bid farewell to her colleagues in the art milieu with touching words, ensuring that she never offended anyone throughout her career, and said: «Just as I entered the art world with love, I leave it in the same way. I wish all my colleagues success and prosperity in their artistic careers, pray for me always, and I hope that the few works I presented do not make you forget me».
Mina started her artistic career by participating in the fourth season of the famous comedy TV show «Walayat Batikh» in 2018, before her successive participations in Iraqi drama, through works such as: «Missing in Wonderland», «Binge Year», «The Just Ones», «Saleh's Daughters», «Mixed Content», «Mr. Ampere», and «Poisoned Honey».
