Khaberni - Assala ended the debate around the rumors of her separation from Fayeq Hassan by revealing a romantic surprise she was shocked with during the New Year's Eve celebration in AlUla.
After repeated rumors about the separation of the artist Assala Nasri from her husband, the Iraqi poet Fayeq Hassan, the couple resolved the debate in a practical and impactful manner when Fayeq surprised his wife by attending her last concert in Saudi Arabia, confirming the stability of their relationship despite recent rumors.
During the New Year's Eve concert held by Assala in the city of AlUla, the artist revealed on stage the surprise from her husband, stating that he had sent her a bouquet of roses through one of his friends, before being shocked to find that it was indeed Fayeq Hassan himself standing in front of her, who made sure to be present and support her despite his illness.
Assala candidly mentioned that she agreed to receive the person who brought the roses without filming, due to her not being ready, before she realized that the surprise was from her husband, who had specifically come to share the celebration of the New Year and affirm his presence in a special moment between them.
A video clip also documented warm moments they shared on the first days of the new year in the nature and mountains of AlUla, where Assala is heard saying: «My husband, good morning my love and happy new year», to which her husband responded likewise, in a scene that garnered extensive audience engagement.
Previously, Assala explained in an interview that her husband's absence from some of her concerts was due to each of them being busy with their work, asserting that this was not related to any disputes and urged the public not to follow rumors or engage in harsh talk.
The Syrian artist confirmed the stability of her marital life, stating that things between them are fine, and hoping for an end to the rumors that cause harm without justification, emphasizing that love and respect are the basis of her relationship with her husband.
It's worth mentioning that Assala welcomed the new year with her audience in AlUla with a massive sold-out musical concert, where she was joined by the artist Adam, and performed a selection of her most prominent old and new songs, in a special artistic evening filled with joy and new beginnings.
