Revealing a New American Proposal Regarding the Participation of Turkish Forces in Gaza

Khaberni - The channel "Kan" revealed persistent American efforts to find creative solutions that ensure the inclusion of Turkey in the international force planned for Gaza. American officials have proposed to Israeli parties the idea of incorporating the Turkish side into the force, but "not closely", in an attempt to circumvent the strong Israeli opposition to any direct Turkish presence within the Gaza borders.

The channel explained that the American proposal stipulates the absence of any actual Turkish forces on the ground inside Gaza. Instead, they would be allowed to be stationed at rear bases inside Egyptian and Jordanian territories, where these forces would provide "remote" logistical support to the international force operating in the sector. Washington considers this a solution that satisfies all parties and ensures the benefit of the Turkish role without clashing with Israeli red lines.

The report indicated that these ideas had been discussed even before the recent meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Florida at the beginning of this week, confirming that the American administration is seriously looking for a new regional and international formulation to manage the security file in Gaza, by involving regional powers in indirect ways that ensure the sustainability of the proposed international force.
