Cemetery Haunted by Honey 13 Beehives Prevent the Burial of a Dead Body and Cause a Stir in Egypt

Khaberni - The funeral procession in the village of Kamaysha, in Tala center in Monufia Governorate in Egypt, was halted in front of a scene that no one expected, when the opening of a family tomb revealed an entire bee kingdom that had settled in the place over 5 years of closure, turning the moments of farewell into an extraordinary incident that carried both astonishment and admiration.

The incident quickly became the talk of the neighboring villages, before spreading widely across social media platforms, with hundreds sharing video clips and details of the story, expressing their astonishment at this rare intersection between life and death.

The story began when the tomb's owner, along with some locals, went to open the family's tomb in preparation for burying a relative, but an attempt to open the door revealed a surprise that completely changed the course of the day.

As soon as the door was opened, large numbers of bees rushed out from inside the tomb, forcing everyone to step back immediately and search for an urgent solution, while the locals decided to transfer the body to another cemetery and called a beekeeping specialist to deal with the emergency situation.

According to media reports, the beekeeper arrived at the site wearing full protective gear, only to find himself in front of 13 beehives spread across the walls and ceiling of the tomb, in a complex configuration that took years to form.

The removal process lasted two continuous days, during which 25 kilograms of pure honey and wax were extracted, some of which had leaked all the way to the floor of the tomb.

What’s amazing is that the beekeeper examined the extracted honey and confirmed it was completely fit for consumption, and those who tasted it described it as having a distinct flavor different from regular honey, and the family decided to distribute the entire quantity to the villagers as a continuous charity on behalf of the deceased’s soul.
