Saudi Arabia Execution of death sentence by crucifixion for three citizens committing terrorist crimes

Khaberni - Today, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the execution of the death sentence by crucifixion for three citizens: Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Hussein Al Abu Abdullah, Musa bin Jafar bin Abdullah Al Skahman, and Reda bin Ali bin Mahdi Al Ammar (Saudi nationals) for committing terrorist crimes which included shooting at security personnel and vehicles, security headquarters, manufacturing explosives and possessing weapons for terrorist purposes, and joining a foreign terrorist organization aiming to harm the security and safety of the Kingdom.

By the grace of God, security agencies managed to arrest the mentioned individuals, and the investigation led to charges of committing these crimes. Upon referral to the competent court, a verdict was issued finding them guilty as charged and sentenced to be executed by crucifixion. The verdict became final after being endorsed by the appellate authority, and a royal decree was issued to enforce the punishment decreed by Sharia law.

The execution was carried out today, Wednesday, 11/07/1447H corresponding to 31/12/2025, in the Eastern Region.

The Ministry of Interior announces this to reaffirm the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ensure security and justice and to implement the provisions of Islamic Sharia on everyone who violates the safety of citizens and infringes on their right to life and security. It also warns anyone tempted to commit such acts that the prescribed Islamic punishment will be their fate.
