The Jordanian Armed Forces launch an electronic service for submitting financial advances to military personnel

Khaberni - The General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army/ Financial Department, has announced the launch of an electronic service for submitting financial advances to members of the Jordanian Armed Forces and the Royal Air Force, through the Military Credit Fund, as part of its ongoing efforts to update and develop the financial services offered to military personnel.

The director of the Financial Department, Brigadier Hamza Al-Kasasbeh, said: "Under the guidance of the Chief of the Joint Staff, the automation of the procedures for financial advances has been completed in all its stages, whereby the application is submitted and repaid electronically without the need to visit the Financial Department", emphasizing the commitment to developing mechanisms for providing services to officers, non-commissioned officers, and enlisted personnel, ensuring easy access at any time and from any location.

For his part, the General Manager of the Military Credit Fund, Yazid Al-Khalidi, expressed his appreciation for the Financial Department's confidence in the services provided by the fund, affirming the fund's ongoing role as a key partner in supporting financial efficiency, by employing the latest technologies and collaborating with financial departments in the armed forces and security agencies, positively reflecting on the military personnel's benefits and facilitating their access to financial services, aligning with the government's electronic program.

This step is part of the digital transformation plan of the services offered by the Financial Department, aimed at facilitating the members of the armed forces, saving time and effort, and accelerating the completion of transactions without the need for a personal review; as the advance request is submitted through the banking app of the Military Credit Fund, and all procedures are completed electronically, starting from the application submission, moving through the approval according to the adopted terms and conditions, and culminating with the transfer of the advance amount to the beneficiary's bank account.
