He returned from the grave to expose him Shocking confessions of a Syrian child buried alive by his uncle who later participa

Khaberni - Investigations revealed shocking details in the case of the Syrian child Amir Jaddough, after it was found that his uncle was involved in the crime of burying him alive and later participating in the search for him, without any remorse.

The uncle, M.I., joined the Turkish rescue teams that searched for the child in Hatay province, and acted completely normal in front of everyone.

Amir's father, Mohammad Jaddough, said: "His uncle did not show anything suspicious during the search, he even said things like 'I myself am very thirsty, imagine how Amir must feel', the man was truly devilish."

Amir disappeared on December 12 after leaving school in the Kurtulus district of Reyhanli county, prompting the family to report to the police.

The investigation teams examined over 200 surveillance footage, and the uncle was seen in one of the cameras with the child on the dam road.

For their part, police, civil defense, gendarmerie, and civil organizations continued the search for two days, until the teams found the child buried under soil and rocks, injured in his head but alive, and Amir spoke to the rescuers and told them he was kidnapped and beaten by his uncle then buried.

Amir recounted the details of the incident saying: "My uncle came to school and told me my mom and dad asked him to pick me up, I agreed, he didn’t talk to me in the car but tried to strangle me and hit me, I lost consciousness from the beating, he thought I was dead and buried me halfway and covered me with rocks then left me."

The child added: "I was there for 3 days, I couldn't sleep all three nights I kept praying to God, and when the search teams came I couldn’t speak but I felt someone’s presence and raised my hand, the rescuer Ramadan saw me and saved me."

Later, Amir was transferred to the Hatay Training and Research Hospital where he received treatment and overcame the danger, and he was discharged from the hospital last Saturday, currently, he spends time with his family trying to overcome the trauma he experienced.

Amir’s father demanded the Turkish authorities to impose the severest penalties on the accused uncle. He said: "We never expected the uncle to do this to his nephew, the family relations were good and he had no issues with his sister, we don’t know why he did that."

The police arrested the uncle and sent him to prison, while Amir is preparing to return to his school soon after completing the scheduled medical examinations.
