The total demand for household gas cylinders, on Tuesday, reached 216 thousand cylinders in various regions of the kingdom, according to the Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission.
The commission added that the demand for kerosene exceeded 8 million liters and more than 122 million liters of diesel today, confirming the availability of supplies and the ability of the supply system to meet the needs of citizens efficiently and continuously.
It indicated that, according to the data received by the Monitoring and Emergency Center, the maximum load of the electrical system at six o'clock today was 3961 megawatts, compared with 4210 megawatts yesterday, Monday, which reflects the stability of the electrical system and a decrease in loads within safe operational limits, in addition to addressing limited malfunctions on distribution networks without affecting the continuity of the service provided to citizens, and no faults were recorded on the high-pressure network.
The commission confirmed that it continues to inspect operational readiness in the field and from inside the Monitoring and Emergency Center, with direct follow-up by the chairman of the commission's board, Ziad Al-Saaida.
Al-Saaida confirmed the ongoing improvement of readiness levels and real-time coordination with all sector partners, around the clock to ensure the continuity of service provision in all regions of the kingdom.
