Khaberni - The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs and Holy Sites has called on citizens wishing to perform Umrah by land or air to verify the accreditation of Hajj and Umrah companies and offices through the Ministry's website and the Department of Hajj and Umrah.
A statement issued by the ministry today, Tuesday, emphasized the importance of ensuring transparency of contract terms at the time of signing, including the cost of the trip and services provided, especially accommodation and transportation, highlighting the ministry's commitment, represented by the Directorate of Hajj and Umrah, to the safety of the Umrah performers and ensuring their performance of the rituals in a safe and facilitated environment, and dealing with the accredited Hajj and Umrah companies and offices by the Ministry.
The ministry also stressed the importance of adhering to the health guidelines issued by the official authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, using masks in crowded situations during the performance of Umrah rituals, to maintain public health and safety, indicating that complying with these guidelines and procedures contributes to performing Umrah rituals with ease and tranquility, enhancing the safety of everyone during the spiritual journey.
