Petra University launches a comprehensive digital system for automating the Jordanian Karate Federations operations

Khaberni  - Petra University launched an integrated digital system to automate and computerize the operations of the Jordanian Karate Federation. The announcement was made during a meeting hosted by the university in the Nabataean Theater, bringing together the federation's board of directors with center coaches and referees, to discuss the federation's strategic plan.
The Dean of Student Affairs at Petra University and the spokesperson for the federation, Dr. Iyad Al-Mallah, said that the use of technology and smart systems meets the requirements of institutional development in sports work, adding that the new system provided by the university contributes to the efficient and accurate completion of tasks, facilitates access to information, and enhances transparency and communication speed.
In turn, the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Petra University, Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Banna, outlined the features of the system he supervised the design of, explaining that the system aims to fully digitize the work of the federation, and to facilitate the connection between it and the players, coaches, and referees.
The system includes integrated management of players' performance and achievements, promotion exams, and digital identities, in addition to managing championships and courses. It also provides accurate statistics that contribute to speeding up the decision-making process and developing technical and administrative performance, and it will be linked to the federation's website.
In turn, the president of the Jordanian Karate Federation, Hassan Masoud, thanked Petra University for its continuous support and contribution to automating the federation's work system through the new digital system
