Khaberni – A circulated video documented the rescue operation by the brave citizen Majed Hussein Al-Majali for a student swept away by one of the floods that formed yesterday in Al-Karak province due to the heavy rains that fell on the city.
Al-Majali stated to Khaberni that he owns a student residence in the area, and it is his custom to check on the residence daily in the evening hours.
He explained that the heavy rains led to the formation of a torrent in front of the residence, and the student was standing in front waiting for a delivery employee to receive an order, when she slipped and fell into the stream.
Al-Majali added that he was on the opposite side when he saw what happened, he rushed towards the student and rescued her, and she was taken to the hospital to check her health and undergo necessary tests and imaging, confirming that her health condition is good.
