A Year of Leadership and Achievements Enhances Orange Jordans Status as a Leading and Responsible Digital Provider

Khaberni  - At the end of a year filled with work and achievement, Orange Jordan reaffirms its firm commitment to fulfilling its promises and achievements, and continuing its role as a leading and responsible digital provider that puts customers at the heart of its priorities. This year has been a pivotal milestone in the company's journey, reflecting its ability to transform vision into tangible achievements, through continuous innovation, smart investment, and balanced work that combines technological advancement and responsibility towards the society.

Following this direction, Orange Jordan continued to invest in the development of its digital infrastructure and enhancing the quality of its network across the different governorates of the kingdom, reaffirming its commitment to providing reliable and efficient communication experiences. In this context, the company held a press conference in Irbid governorate where it announced network expansion and the launch of the latest offers, with the expansion of fiber services to homes, and the 5G coverage reaching nearly 70% of the governorate.

These efforts were crowned by Orange Jordan receiving the award for the fastest fixed internet - fiber in Jordan for the third consecutive year, according to a certificate from the global SpeedChecker, in addition to obtaining the global Tier III Design certificate for data center design for its Hashem data center located in the Medical City. The company also opened the latest and most secure and sustainable data center in the Balqa governorate, in Ain Al-Basha, sponsored and attended by His Excellency the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Engineer Sami Samirat, in a step that reflects its leadership in enhancing an advanced and sustainable digital infrastructure that supports national economic growth.

In the same context, Orange Jordan renewed the ISO 45001:2018 certification for occupational health and safety management systems for the third consecutive time, and the ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management systems, reaffirming its ongoing commitment to implementing the highest safety and sustainability standards, and protecting its employees and the environment.

In parallel, Orange Jordan enhanced its digital ecosystem with significant launches marking a new chapter of digital experiences for customers, most notably the launch of the integrated Max it application, the first of its kind in the kingdom, sponsored by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. The application represents a unified digital platform that allows customers to manage their services and access offers, rewards, and digital solutions easily and smoothly, in a model that reflects the company's ability to transform customer opinions and suggestions into more personalized and integrated digital experiences, and in line with the requirements of the digital future. The company also announced the official launch, for the first time in the kingdom, of satellite internet service, a step that enhances digital inclusion and provides reliable connections for individuals and businesses, especially in remote areas.

As part of the development of communication offers and meeting the aspirations of customers, Orange Jordan launched the new "Ma'ak" lines, introducing a renewed concept that reflects its direct response to customer opinions, where it offers, for the first time in the kingdom, 5G service for free along with unprecedented rewards and offers, enhancing the daily communication experience and reinforcing the company's approach of transforming customer voice into practical solutions.

On the front of digital financial services, Orange Money continued to establish its leadership in the digital payments system, coinciding with celebrations of five years since its launch. During this year, Orange Money became the first e-wallet in Jordan to obtain a partner license from Visa, enhancing its capability to offer secure and reliable payment solutions locally and globally. It also strengthened its strategic partnerships with the Military Consumer Establishment and the Jordan Armed Forces - Arab Army, enabling their members and students of the Royal Grant to receive their financial entitlements digitally, a step that enhances financial inclusion and digital transformation.

In its role as a reliable digital partner on a national level, Orange Jordan continued to support the public and private sectors through renewing its long-standing partnership of more than three decades with the Jordan Armed Forces - Arab Army, along with enhancing its cooperation with leading national institutions such as Amman Vision, Dar Al Dawa, and the transport company (JET), and other strategic partners.

Driven by its ongoing closeness to customers, the company continued the initiative My Customer My Boss, meeting with customers in various governorates to listen to their opinions and observations and work on developing services to meet their aspirations. It also renewed the COPC certification, the global standard in customer service, reflecting its commitment to the highest professional standards and its dedication to providing an advanced and responsible customer experience.

In its commitment to digital inclusion and building a more diverse and empowering environment, Orange Jordan concluded the digital solutions hackathon in the tourism sector for people with disabilities, and winners were honored under the patronage of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. The names of the winners of the "Inspiring Change 2025" award were also announced, supported by Capital Bank and in partnership with INTAJ, supporting women leaders in the technology sector and enhancing sustainable digital innovation with social and environmental impact. The company also received a recognition certificate within the Diversity Pioneers Awards for the information technology and communications sector, in appreciation of its efforts in promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment, along with sponsorships and organizing specialized workshops and training to enhance inclusivity.

On the level of supporting entrepreneurship and innovation, and sponsored and attended by Her Royal Highness Princess Sumaya bint Al Hassan, 14 innovative projects were graduated from the Orange AI Incubator, in a stage that reflects the company's commitment to supporting advanced technologies and building future AI-based solutions. Orange Jordan also launched the incubation phase of 100 entrepreneurial ideas that qualified from the Entrepreneurship Hackathon in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, in addition to announcing the winners of the Orange Award for Community Development Projects in its ninth edition, who qualified for the global stage. The company also graduated a new batch from the Digital Skills Development and Employment program within the "Youth, Technology, and Jobs" project, and empowered 100 entrepreneurs within the Finance Forward program, supporting entrepreneurs in Karak and Aqaba governorates within the Startup Growth Acceleration Program in cooperation with ICON.

Orange Jordan continued its efforts in empowering youth and building a prosperous digital future, celebrating the graduation of new batches of students from the Programming Academy affiliated with the Orange Digital Center, within strategic partnerships that included Proparco and the "Digital Skills Development and Employment" and "Youth, Technology, and Jobs" programs, as well as organizing career days to open up job opportunities for graduates. The company also concluded the Orange Summer Challenge 2025 with innovative youth projects in the fields of the Internet of Things, occupational safety, smart cities, and enhancing accessibility for people with visual impairments. In its pursuit of fostering innovation and digital skills, Orange Jordan launched an innovative digital manufacturing lab at the German Jordanian University, and recognized the top performers in the Tawjihi exam, reaffirming its commitment to supporting excellence in education and empowering youth. Additionally, the company sponsored leading technological and youth events, including United Nations Model conferences in several schools and universities, including Jubilee Schools, Union Schools, Modern English Schools, and Al Hussein Technical University, supporting the development of future young leaders.

By the end of the fourth quarter, the total number of certificates exceeded 63,750, while the number of participants reached more than 23,500, clearly indicating the widespread impact of the educational and empowering programs of the Orange Digital Center at the national level.

In line with the slogan "Always with you," Orange Jordan affirms its permanent presence with customers, employees, partners, and all Jordanians, through a range of national and cultural initiatives and activities.
