Khaberni - Khaberni website noted during the past two days the sale of a meter of water through private tanks for 6 dinars following the disruption of the Disi water pumping.
And amidst a total absence of government monitoring of the water sale prices, citizens in complaints to Khaberni’s email said they were forced to buy water in broad districts across the capital Amman at the mentioned price due to depletion of common and reserve tanks caused by the disruption and confusion of our water company's pumping program.
It is noted that the normal price for a meter of water sold through tanks is 3 dinars.
