The Governor of Karak, Qabalan Al-Sharif, announced on Monday that the main road from the Al-Numeira area / Southern Jordan Valley towards the Governorate of Aqaba is completely closed due to landslides.
Previously, the Greater Karak Municipality had stated that the main road leading to the city of Karak was completely and temporarily closed starting from the Marshal Habis Park junction towards the city center, due to fears of new collapses, after the area witnessed the collapse of part of the old city wall on Sunday.
