Khaberni - The Orange Jordan foundation, in cooperation with (ICON-Institute), successfully concluded a startup growth acceleration program in the provinces of Karak and Aqaba, through an event to honor the participants and grant them participation certificates, supporting 88 startups from various economic sectors, and boosting their growth and business model development.
The program was presented through business accelerators affiliated with the Orange Digital Center, providing a comprehensive set of specialized services, including advanced training, mentoring, networking, and logistical support, aimed at enabling startups to access resources and expertise that contribute to their business growth and accelerate their entrepreneurial journey.
Orange Jordan reaffirmed its commitment to empowering entrepreneurs, providing them with the necessary tools and expertise to develop their projects and achieve sustainable growth, pointing out that the program's success in Karak and Aqaba confirms the active role of its programs in enabling innovation, enhancing business competitiveness, and advancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Jordan towards a more advanced and impactful stage.
The "startup growth acceleration program in Karak and Aqaba" was implemented through a coalition between ICON-Institute and Orange Jordan Foundation, within the "Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Economic Development and Employment" (E4DE) project. It is executed by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the European Union (EU), reaffirming the partners' commitment to supporting innovation and entrepreneurship.
