College of Pharmacy at the Arab University of Amman Participates in eAGE25 Conference

Khaberni  - The College of Pharmacy at the Arab University of Amman participated in the e-AGE25 conference, organized by the Arab States Research and Education Network (ASREN – Arab States Research and Education Network), where it was represented by Dr. Sara Nasser Aldeen, the Assistant Dean of the College of Pharmacy, by participating in a panel discussion about women's empowerment in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), attended by an elite group of academicians, experts, and decision-makers from the Arab region.

In this regard, Dr. Nasser Aldeen affirmed that the e-AGE25 conference is an important regional platform for addressing issues of digital transformation, capacity building, and women's empowerment in the scientific and technological sectors. She pointed out that participating in this panel discussion provided a real opportunity to highlight the challenges faced by women in (STEM) fields, and to discuss practical solutions and supportive policies to enhance their leadership, research, and innovative participation.

Dr. Nasser Aldeen's participation in this conference is part of the commitment of the College of Pharmacy at the Arab University of Amman to support women's empowerment and enhance their role in scientific research, innovation, and academic leadership. Through her academic and research experience, she contributed to enriching the discussion on the importance of building an educational and research environment supportive of women, and encouraging girls to engage in scientific and technological specialties, aligning with the priorities of sustainable development and building a knowledge economy in the Arab region.
