Khaberni - The Kuwaiti Court of Appeals overturned the Criminal Court's verdict of acquitting the former deputy Muhannad Al-Sayer from state security charges, and decreed again imprisonment for two years with suspension of the penalty for 3 years and a bail of 5 thousand dinars and observing good conduct for 3 years.
The public prosecution decided to release the former deputy Muhannad Al-Sayer on a bail of 1000 dinars, after investigating a complaint involving accusations of undermining the powers of His Highness the Amir and broadcasting false news.
