Mohamed Salahs Exit Plan from Liverpool Managed Remotely

Khaberni - Debated heatedly is the dilemma of the future of Mohamed Salah at Liverpool during recent weeks, as the relationship between the Egyptian star and coach Arne Slot has become the center of conversation within the club's corridors, amidst technical decisions which have upset the player and led to the reopening of his position at Anfield.

According to Transfer News Live, the international player has clearly informed Liverpool management that he does not intend to accept a secondary role within the team, prompting the club to enter a crucial negotiation phase to determine the next steps.

He added: "Expectations are that Sports Director Richard Hughes will hold a direct meeting with the player's agent Rami Abbas Issa, at a time when the latter prefers not to manage major cases remotely".

He continued: "These discussions take place while Mohamed Salah is with the Egyptian national team, meaning that the player will not be directly present during the details of the negotiations".

He went on: "If results of the meetings point towards leaving, the Saudi clubs remain the most likely destinations, though the sources exclude a transfer during the winter transfer window".

He further said: "The crisis peaked after the Leeds United match in the English Premier League, when Salah sat on the bench for the third consecutive game, which prompted him to express his frustration after the match. Although he later apologized to his teammates, the message was clear that the player is dissatisfied with his status within the team".

Salah returned to the team roster for the match against Brighton, after missing the game against Inter Milan, before leaving to join the Egyptian national team for the Africa Cup of Nations. During this period, the atmosphere has relatively calmed between him and Arne Slot, but sources close to the case confirm that the roots of the problem are still present.

The predictions indicate that Salah will stay with Liverpool until the end of the season, with a potential departure next summer, which gives the club a chance to realize significant financial returns, besides shedding his high weekly salary.

Moreover, Slot realizes the importance of keeping Salah until the end of the season, especially in light of Alexander Isak’s injury, making Salah's goals a crucial element in Liverpool's efforts to save its season and avoid a trophy-less exit.
