The new feature integrates Meta AI’s smart assistant Imagine tools directly into the status editor, allowing users to create, edit, and enhance images without needing to leave the app.
Goodbye to traditional filters
Instead of relying on basic filters, the new status editor offers advanced visual styles based on artificial intelligence, giving users greater control over the appearance of the image before publishing it.
According to the same source, these styles allow for a visual reconstruction of the image, rather than just adding surface effects, which distinguishes them from traditional known filters.

The new update allows users to apply a variety of artistic styles, such as anime, comic, 3D design, and video game style.
