Khaberni - The Director of Education and Training for Al-Shoubak district, Mr. Ali Al-Naimat, in coordination with the district's governor, decided to delay the start of the school day on Monday, to be precisely at ten o'clock in the morning, while the start time for directorate's staff was set back to nine thirty in the morning.
The directorate emphasized that this decision was made out of concern for the safety of students and educational and administrative staff, due to the prevailing weather conditions in Al-Shoubak area, which might include frost or a sharp drop in temperature during the early morning hours. The measure aims to enable everyone to safely reach their destinations after the morning cold waves dissipate.
The directorate urged parents and students to adhere to the new schedule, noting that field teams and operations rooms in the district are working around the clock to assess any new weather developments. It also encouraged everyone to follow the directorate's official pages for any updates that might be issued based on weather forecasts.
