Khaberni - The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mazen Al-Qadi, received today, Sunday, a youth delegation from the initiative "Bawasel".
Al-Qadi, in the presence of Representatives Mujahim Al-Saqour and Khaled Abu Hassan, emphasized the council's commitment to nurturing youth entrepreneurial initiatives, opening direct communication channels with them, and providing a supportive environment for their ideas, believing in their pivotal role in development and building the future.
He stated that Jordanian youth receive significant attention from His Majesty King Abdullah II, who constantly stresses their empowerment and support of their capacities, noting that they are also the focus of care and attention from His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, who always encourages them towards innovation and active participation in the national building process.
For her part, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Maysoun Al-Qawaqbeh, stressed the importance of youth initiatives and their role in enhancing awareness and community participation, praising the "Bawasel" initiative as an effective model for organized youth action, and reaffirming her commitment to supporting the youth, empowering them, and listening to their ideas and suggestions under the parliament's dome.
During the meeting, an extensive discussion took place, during which the youth raised a series of questions related to the paths of political modernization and ways to enhance youth participation in decision-making, and mechanisms to develop and support their capacities in various fields.
