The Engage for Change program works on gathering the efforts of Orange Group employees within a unified framework, enabling the exchange of experiences and insights, and examining real-life initiatives and contributions that make a tangible difference and enhance the culture of belonging and teamwork, embodying the commitment to promises and achieving them at the community performance level.
In the context of supporting active participation, the program allows employees to allocate three working days annually for participation in community responsibility activities related to Orange projects, where employees are granted an official leave day for each activity, up to three days throughout the year, confirming the role of employees as essential partners in achieving sustainable impact.
Additionally, the platform provides a digital space that brings together the Group's employees in the countries it operates in, highlighting volunteering opportunities and community initiatives, alongside Orange Foundation programs and the network of digital centers, within an organized mechanism ensuring the clarity and ease of participation.
