Khaberni - The Greater Karak Municipality announced the closure of the road leading to Kark Al-Qasbah, starting from the signal at Martyr Habis Garden towards the old city, completely and temporarily, due to a sudden mountain collapse next to the pool wall, posing a direct threat to public safety.
The municipality confirmed in an official statement that the operations and emergency team has been working on the site continuously since midnight until now, making intensive efforts to clear the collapse, secure the site, and reopen the road as soon as possible, while fully adhering to the highest safety standards.
The municipality urged all citizens to adhere to the temporary closure, and cooperate with the working crews to ensure everyone's safety, mentioning that updates will be published sequentially through official channels.
