Khaberni - Silver increased by nine percent to record a new record level at $78.53 per ounce today Friday, supported by several factors including a supply shortage and increased industrial demand.
Other precious metals also rose on Friday, with gold in spot transactions recording its highest level ever at $4549.71, and platinum reaching a record level at $2454.12 after rising by 10%.
Palladium recorded gains of more than 14% in spot transactions on Friday, with its price in the latest dealings at $1924.03 per ounce.
