Health Developments of Artist Mohyi Ismail After Hospitalization

Artist Mohyi Ismail reassured his audience after suffering a health crisis that required his transfer to a hospital in Cairo, where sources confirm his condition is stable.

Egyptian artist Mohyi Ismail alarmed his fans in recent days after facing a sudden health crisis that necessitated his transfer to a major hospital in Cairo for necessary medical care.

According to sources, Mohyi Ismail fainted and fell inside his home, where he remained unconscious for three days before his family was able to transport him to the hospital, under close medical supervision regarding his health.

Local sources revealed that the artist's nephew received a call from neighbors indicating that Mohyi Ismail had not been seen since Wednesday morning. He went and knocked on the door several times without response, which led him to break the door to find the artist lying face down in his bedroom. Immediately, an ambulance was called to transport him to the hospital.

Sources mentioned that Mohyi Ismail is currently in the intensive care unit, suffering from some facial bruises due to the fall. They noted that he was not in a coma and that his condition is currently stable after receiving appropriate medical care.

The source, requesting anonymity, confirmed that the artist has been suffering from kidney and colon problems for a while, and that complications from the colon necessitated his hospital admission to receive treatment and laxatives. He added that his condition has improved and he is expected to be discharged in the next few days following confirmation of his recovery.

Mohyi Ismail’s last cinematic appearance was in the movie "The Treasure 2" which was released in 2019. It starred Mohammad Saad, Mohammad Ramadan, Hend Sabri, Amina Khalil, Ahmed Rizk, Ruby, Ahmed Hatem, Sawsan Badr, Haitham Ahmed Zaki, Noha Abidin, Abdel Aziz Mekheon, Hany Adel, Ahmed Sayam, Sarah Abdulrahman, Jamal Abdel Nasser and others, written by Sherif Arafa and Abdel Rahim Kamal, directed by Sherif Arafa.

The second part of the film revolves around the continuing stories of the characters, starting from Hatshepsut in the Pharaonic era, passing through Ali Al-Zibq in the Ottoman era, and concluding with Bishr Al-Katatni, the head of the political pen, who faces new challenges in work and love, guiding his son Hassan towards discovering a treasure through his recorded will, adding a historical and adventurous dimension to the work.
