Alwan had also caught the attention of Egypt's Al Ahly to bolster their attack line, especially after his remarkable performance with the Jordanian team in the Arab Cup, where he led the scoring chart with six goals, including one against the Egyptian team.
Despite Al Ahly's interest, no formal offer has been made to sign the player yet. Alwan prefers a move to the Saudi league, in light of no official offers from the Egyptian club, along with having interest from the Qatari league as well. The 25-year-old Jordanian striker has a contract with Al-Karamah that extends until the end of this season, but there is a clause that allows him to terminate the contract if he receives a formal offer, making his transfer likely without major difficulties.
