Khaberni - The Audit Bureau report for 2024 revealed violations in one of the agreements signed by the company (Tukram) for airport services.
The report clarified that the company had signed an agreement with a legal advisor worth 3,600 dinars for only 48 working hours annually, plus 110 dinars for each additional working hour thereafter.
The agreement also stipulated that the advisor would receive fees as a percentage of the cases, not less than 600 dinars per case, according to the details provided in the table within the report.
The Audit Bureau report pointed out that these observations require addressing, as the government recommended the necessity to correct the procedures and address the observations according to proper regulations, in line with the legislation and systems in force, and to ensure the proper management of public money.
The report also stated that an amount of 34,911 dinars was paid to the legal advisor during the audit period, despite the absence of any cases filed by or against the company at that time.
